Yes — travellers from nearly all nationalities (except a few exceptions) can get a visa on arrival or apply for an e-Visa before traveling. The e-Visa system was reactivated recently and offers visa-options for different stay durations.

Depending on the visa type, you can stay for 15, 30, 60, or 90 days. If you arrive with a visa on arrival for a shorter stay (e.g. 30 or 60 days), some travellers may be able to request an extension through local immigration, up to a total stay of 90 days.

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your date of entry and with sufficient blank pages for stamping. If you are arriving from — or transiting through — a region with Yellow Fever risk, you must hold a valid Yellow Fever vaccination certificate.
